Position Summary

We are seeking a commercially astute Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and regional stakeholders. This role is instrumental in translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives that drive performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, demonstrates sound judgment in complex people matters, and operates confidently within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Workforce Strategy

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with commercial objectives and growth priorities
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, including organizational design and capability mapping
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform headcount planning, productivity optimization, and talent investment decisions
  • Anticipate workforce risks and propose proactive solutions that support business continuity

2. Performance Management & Employee Relations

  • Oversee and ensure effective execution of the performance management cycle, including probation confirmations and annual reviews
  • Advise managers on performance improvement strategies and accountability frameworks
  • Provide balanced, risk-aware guidance on employee relations matters while safeguarding organizational integrity
  • Promote a high-performance culture through clear standards and consistent application of policies

3. Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Support strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business expansion plans
  • Contribute to succession planning and long-term capability development strategies
  • Enhance onboarding effectiveness to accelerate productivity and engagement
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen retention and talent engagement initiatives

4. Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal governance standards
  • Oversee employment documentation and manage the employee lifecycle process end-to-end
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on payroll, benefits administration, and cost governance
  • Maintain robust HR controls to mitigate legal and operational risks

Profile & Experience

  • 35 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience within corporate, regional, or multinational environments preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution
