Human Resources Business Partner - Events (Saudi national)

We're hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing organization within the events industry in Saudi Arabia.

We're looking for a confident HR professional who can partner with senior leadership while supporting operational teams, bringing strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key Requirements

Strong HR governance experience

International HR experience

Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and local HR processes

Experience within events or large-scale project environments

Understanding of contract, permanent, and freelance staffing models

Ability to support workforce scaling, performance management, and KPI frameworks around event delivery

Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

Salary: SAR 30,000-35,000 + benefits, ticket allowance, and bonus.
