Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager) at Abou Ghaly Motors plays a strategic role in partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies and initiatives with business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to management on human resources-related issues, leading workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges and develop HR strategies to support those objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning including forecasting, recruitment coordination, and succession planning to meet business needs.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support culture development aligned with Abou Ghaly Motors values and vision.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage employee relations issues proactively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and labor law compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics to enhance manager and employee capabilities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on business partnering in a dynamic, multi-business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing change and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
