Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Manage Payroll operations with accuracy and full compliance with company policies and labor law.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Training and Development programs to enhance employees skills and career growth.
  • Support and strengthen the company's People & Culture agenda through effective communication and initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to line managers, providing practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Educational Background: Preferred degree in Mental Health, Coaching, or Psychology.
  • Technical Skills: A strong interest in software is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at a minimum.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
