Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage Payroll operations with accuracy and full compliance with company policies and labor law.
- Contribute to the design and execution of Training and Development programs to enhance employees skills and career growth.
- Support and strengthen the company's People & Culture agenda through effective communication and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to line managers, providing practical HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Educational Background: Preferred degree in Mental Health, Coaching, or Psychology.
- Technical Skills: A strong interest in software is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at a minimum.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
