As the HR Coordinator, your primary focus is to support the HR Operations team with day to day HR administration tasks & Front Desk office
In this role, you will:
Onboarding & New Joiner
- Assist with the induction workshops, including setting up rooms, preparation of new joiner packs
- Data Administration of new joiner paperwork & processes
People Relationships
- Support the partnership between the HR Operations Manager and employees by handling questions
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as policies, leaves and compensation and support with any issues that may arise
Offboarding
- Preparation of offboarding paperwork, using on / offline internal processes.
Reporting & SLA's
- Maintenance and administration of BambooHR and ensure all employee files are recorded digitally
- Maintain internal HR systems and databases and manage the archiving and database for the organisation
Miscellaneous
- Execute travel administration work and liaising with travel agencies
- Assist & Execute with the HR Team all the activities from the operations standpoint
- Maintenance of medical insurance documents from addition to deletion
- Organise and secure materials and household supply cabinets.
- Deliver and pick-up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from offices
- Deal with basic administrative duties.
- Stock and supply designated facility areas
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulation.
- Handling Front Desk Office
Requirements:
- Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (Optional)
- 0-1 years of experience in HR function
- 0-1 years of Administrative experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good in spoken and written English
- Good communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally
- Good coordination and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize work requirements
- Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
