Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Coordinator to lead and oversee HR operations. This role is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws, positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator will work closely with management to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention.
Work on visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and government-related documentation.
Manage employee performance appraisal systems and support training and development initiatives.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional and compliant manner.
Promote a positive company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years proven experience in a managerial HR role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and best practices.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
