Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Trainee role located in Sadat city. As an HR Trainee, you will support the HR department with overtime, assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews and assist with onboarding new hires, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
