Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with strong communication skills and a passion for people operations.

Key responsibilities

Human Resources:

Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews & onboarding).

Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Assist payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, and deductions.

Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations & employee engagement.

Assist with visa processing, renewals, insurance & PRO coordination.

Prepare HR letters, memos & internal communication.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & company policies.

Administrative Support:

Manage office supplies, stationery & administrative inventory.

Coordinate maintenance, AMC follow-ups, and office equipment servicing.

Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails & office correspondence.

Prepare reports, meeting minutes & management documents.

Support logistics for staff travel, meetings, and company events.

Oversee office cleanliness, organization & daily operational efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

13 years of HR/Admin experience in the UAE (manufacturing industry preferred).

Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Skills Required

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination, time management & multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail & ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: AED 4,000 per month
