The HR Director will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources across Maison Pyramide's offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture across all markets.
The HR Director will play a key role in developing talent strategies, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable HR frameworks that support the company's growth. This includes leading initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR systems.
Working closely with leadership and hiring managers, the HR Director will act as a strategic partner to ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and best practices across all regions.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's growth plans and business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
- Build and scale HR frameworks, policies, and processes across all offices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team across locations, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies across Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo to attract high-caliber talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role structures, and candidate profiles.
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment channels to improve candidate quality and reach.
- Monitor and optimize hiring processes, timelines, and candidate experience.
Performance Management & Career Development
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluation cycles.
- Develop clear career paths and progression frameworks across departments.
- Support managers in conducting effective performance reviews and feedback cycles.
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Build and oversee learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training initiatives across all levels.
- Support leadership development and managerial capability building.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen company culture across all offices.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement initiatives based on feedback and insights.
- Ensure consistency in employee experience while respecting cultural nuances across regions.
- Lead internal communication strategies related to people and culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation structures and ensure competitiveness across all markets.
- Design and manage benefits programs tailored to each country while maintaining internal equity.
- Partner with Finance to manage payroll frameworks, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Continuously benchmark compensation and benefits against market standards.
HR Operations
- Oversee HR operations across all offices, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records, reporting dashboards, and HR analytics.
- Drive automation and process improvements across HR functions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
- Oversee employee contracts, policies, and documentation across all entities.
- Manage risk related to employee relations, disputes, and HR compliance matters.
- Maintain alignment with government platforms and requirements (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, local systems).
Organizational Development & Scaling
- Support organizational structuring and team design as the company grows.
- Lead change management initiatives across offices.
- Develop scalable frameworks that can be replicated across new markets or programs.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 9–12+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries (preferably UAE, KSA, Egypt)
- Strong understanding of regional labor laws and HR practices
- Experience within an agency, marketing, or creative environment is a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred
