Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function for our rapidly expanding Fast Food operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic HR leadership, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to support large-scale workforce growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all HR functions across multiple branches and operational units.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels, with a strong focus on fast-food operational roles.
  • Establish and monitor HR policies, performance management systems, and training frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and operational requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong organizational culture.
  • Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 810 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the Fast Food or F&B sector is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, recruitment practices, and HR operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
