Required Qualifications & Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role within a large industrial or logistics environment.
- Strong experience in labor relations, high-volume hiring for plant and branch employees, and compliance with local labor laws.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional labor legislation.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to design and implement HR policies that support organizational growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies across recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee development.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, ensuring workforce planning aligns with operational goals in production and distribution.
- Oversee mass recruitment activities for plant workers and branch/retail staff (high-volume hiring).
- Develop effective employee retention initiatives and competitive compensation and incentive plans to reduce turnover.
- Manage labor relations and disputes, ensuring fair practices and full compliance with local and regional labor laws.
- Ensure adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, particularly for plant and kitchen operations.
- Lead the company-wide Performance Management system, including goal setting, annual evaluations, and development/improvement plans.
- Supervise payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
