Job Description

Required Qualifications & Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role within a large industrial or logistics environment.
  • Strong experience in labor relations, high-volume hiring for plant and branch employees, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and regional labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies that support organizational growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies across recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee development.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, ensuring workforce planning aligns with operational goals in production and distribution.
  • Oversee mass recruitment activities for plant workers and branch/retail staff (high-volume hiring).
  • Develop effective employee retention initiatives and competitive compensation and incentive plans to reduce turnover.
  • Manage labor relations and disputes, ensuring fair practices and full compliance with local and regional labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, particularly for plant and kitchen operations.
  • Lead the company-wide Performance Management system, including goal setting, annual evaluations, and development/improvement plans.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
