Position Overview:

Ecomma is a growing private equity firm specializing in acquiring and scaling e-commerce brands globally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team and strengthen our people and culture function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality

• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers (headcount, leave, onboarding status, recruitment pipeline)

• Coordinate visa, labour card, and employee documentation processes where required

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide timely support to employees

• Support payroll inputs by ensuring all employee data, leave, and changes are accurately recorded

• Assist in performance review cycles, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups

• Coordinate training, onboarding schedules, and internal HR communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years UAE experience in HR & Recruitment Roles.
  • Experience within e-commerce, private equity, M&A, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in external conversations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure

• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance

• Excellent communication & organizational

• Experience in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments is an advantage

• Native-level English (spoken and written) required
