HSJB is recruiting for a growing premium real estate advisory firm based in Dubai, specializing in high-value property sales, investor relations, and strategic broker networks across the UAE and India. The organization operates with a modern, high-performance culture and is focused on building one of Dubai's most influential brokerage teams.
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can lay a strong foundation for people operations, drive structured hiring, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales, Telesales, Marketing, Admin, and Operations roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents and brokers (UAE & India).
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage job portals.
2. HR Operations & Policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Manage probation reviews, evaluations, and confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and internal policies.
3. Office Culture & Employee Engagement
- Create a motivating, performance-driven workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and monthly awards.
- Manage structured onboarding, including documentation, training schedules, and induction.
4. Payroll & Admin Support
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, commissions, and leave management with the accounts team.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and internal memos.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks when required.
5. Strategic HR Support
- Work closely with senior leadership on hiring plans and team structuring.
- Recommend improvements in performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment status, performance, and employee movement.
Candidate Profile
- 25 years of HR experience (Real Estate/Brokerage background preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience hiring real estate sales teams / brokers will be a strong advantage.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and positive attitude.
