Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong payroll background to manage end-to-end payroll operations using SAP and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary processing, maintain compliance with UAE labour regulations, and handle payroll-related reporting and system updates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll using SAP HR/Payroll module
- Manage employee data, salary changes, and approvals in SuccessFactors
- Validate attendance, overtime, leave records, and deductions prior to payroll processing
- Prepare and upload WPS files in compliance with UAE regulations
- Calculate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) as per UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate with HR on employee lifecycle changes including onboarding, resignations, promotions, and salary revisions
- Generate payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and management summaries
- Ensure proper integration and data accuracy between SuccessFactors and SAP payroll systems
- Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and audit trails
- Handle employee payroll-related queries in a professional and confidential manner
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- 35 years of payroll experience, preferably within the UAE
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll
- Practical experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and EOSB calculations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
