Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong payroll background to manage end-to-end payroll operations using SAP and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary processing, maintain compliance with UAE labour regulations, and handle payroll-related reporting and system updates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll using SAP HR/Payroll module
  • Manage employee data, salary changes, and approvals in SuccessFactors
  • Validate attendance, overtime, leave records, and deductions prior to payroll processing
  • Prepare and upload WPS files in compliance with UAE regulations
  • Calculate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) as per UAE Labour Law
  • Coordinate with HR on employee lifecycle changes including onboarding, resignations, promotions, and salary revisions
  • Generate payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and management summaries
  • Ensure proper integration and data accuracy between SuccessFactors and SAP payroll systems
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and audit trails
  • Handle employee payroll-related queries in a professional and confidential manner
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 35 years of payroll experience, preferably within the UAE
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll
  • Practical experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and EOSB calculations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
