This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive located in Dubai. The HR Executive will oversee daily HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, and manage employee relations. The responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Executive is also expected to develop strategies to improve workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes efficiently.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies to ensure effective teamwork and compliance across the organization.
• Knowledge of general Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with a focus on organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with labor law compliance and HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
