Main Duties and Responsibilies:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Administer work passes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and compliance monitoring.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, handling enquiries, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to support retention and workplace improvements.
- Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide HR business partnering support by advising managers on people-related matters and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements, including audit support.
- Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to enhance employee experience, culture, attraction, and retention.
- Manage HR operations, HRIS, reporting, and process improvement projects to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM),Business Administration (BA), or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, candidates, and external authorities.
- Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion.
- Support organizational changes and respond effectively to evolving business requirements.
