Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee daily HR operations, including the implementation and management of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and benefits administration. The role involves coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
