About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment/hiring process including (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
- Organize and maintain employee records and stay them up to date (hard copies and on the system), ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Responsible for medical insurance including (Approvals, Reimbursements).
- Administer health and social insurance programs and deal with government authorities, such as labor office.
- Responsible for daily HR operations and enforce HR policies
- Handle employee benefits, and assist in resolving employees issues and concerns
- Assistance in employee engagement function and showing new ideas
- providing support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Support other functions as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- 3 years of Experience working in Human Resources
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
