What You'll Be Doing
- Manage visa renewals end-to-end no delays, no expired documents.
- Coordinate insurance processes: documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Monitor HR WhatsApp groups for approvals and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain and update leave records for blue-collar staff.
- Keep the renewal tracker updated three months in advance always.
