HR Generalist (Personnel & Payroll Focus)

Location: Zahraa Nasr City Cairo
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Personnel Affairs and Payroll, with the ability to manage HR operations efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of Personnel Affairs, including hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, and employee records.
- End-to-end Payroll management, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and attendance data.
- Managing attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems and ensuring accurate monthly reports.
- Handling social insurance and labor office procedures in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Supporting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
- Acting as a key point of contact between employees and management regarding HR matters.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on Personnel & Payroll.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Strong experience in payroll calculations and HR reporting.
- Excellent command of MS Excel and HR systems (ERP experience is a plus).
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
