Job Summary

The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources and administrative functions across the hotel and tourism operations. This role requires apractical, operations-focused HR professionalwith experience in hospitality, staff scheduling, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for hotel, tourism, and transportation staff
  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all roles
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, and employee files
  • Develop and implement attendance, shift, leave, and disciplinary systems
  • Handle employee relations, complaints, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor staff turnover and implement retention strategies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and KPI tracking
  • Coordinate payroll, incentives, and overtime calculations

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage HR policies and procedures aligned with Egyptian labor law
  • Handle social insurance, labor office documentation, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Support management with organizational structure and workforce planning

Operations Support

  • Work closely with Hotel Management, Front Office, Housekeeping, Drivers, and Operations teams
  • Support operational staffing needs during peak periods
  • Ensure smooth coordination between hotel, caf, and transfer services

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 37 years of HR experience in hospitality, hotels, tourism, or service industries
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance
  • Proven experience managing shift-based and operational staff
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, flexible, and people-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hotel or tourism companies
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments
  • Strong reporting and organizational skills
  • Arabic & English communication skills
