Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in OCTOBER GARDENS for a Human Resources Generalist. The role involves managing various HR functions including implementing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The Human Resources Generalist will support organizational operations by facilitating effective HR management and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with internal teams, the individual will play a key role in fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in HR Policies and compliance
• Experience in Employee Benefits management and Benefits Administration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work on-site in 6th of October
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
