HR Generalist Saudi Arabia
CLIENT
Linum Consult's client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Generalist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and tracking employee information in the database
- Managing HR payroll
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Assisting senior HR staff with screening CVs and the hiring process
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Preparing end of service packets
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent is preferred
- Around 2-3 years experience in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willing to be on Teams video calls on camera when the department receives calls
- Due to our client's ongoing commitment to Saudization, they are only seeking Saudi nationals, with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures
