Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team Remotly on first month then will switch to on-site in Maadi - Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and providing support for HR management initiatives. You will also collaborate with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture, support recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including HR Management and Employee Relations.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to support workforce satisfaction and engagement.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; professional HR certifications are a plus.
