Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will handle the day-to-day HR operations including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and providing support for HR management initiatives. Responsibilities also include coordinating HR processes, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) practices and functions
• Experience in Employee Benefits administration and related processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Have exp on dealing with labor office and insurance office .

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience on the same role .
• Proactive and positive attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment .

Job Details :

• Location : 6th of October - Giza .
• Transportation : Provided from the nearest pickup point .
• Working Hours : 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Off Day : Friday .
