AIQU is hiring for an HRIS Test Support Analyst for the Dubai, UAE work location.


Job Details:


Role: HRIS Test Support Analyst

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)



Requirement:


  • Ensuring the successful execution of testing, migration, and implementation activities across various HR systems and processes. The primary focus will be on the transition to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Redwood, etc.
  • Testing and Validation: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end testing scenarios, with a particular focus on the ORC implementation and Redwood transition. Identify, document, and record issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with HRIS and project team to gather requirements, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution. Provide post-testing support during deployment and stabilization phases to address any gaps or challenges.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities. Document and report defects, test results, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Project Contribution: Support the project timelines and milestones by delivering high-quality testing outcomes. Assist in developing user training materials and provide support in training as required for new implementations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the migration process, recommending enhancements, where necessary.


Qualification:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally in a testing or implementation capacity
  • Prior experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is highly desirable with Redwood transition.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and manage tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud across all modules, including Recruiting (ORC), Core HR, Talent, and Payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in designing and executing test cases, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
