HR Information Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Information Specialist to support and optimize our Human Resources systems and data processes. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for data accuracy, reporting, and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations
• Provide support and training to HR team members on HR systems and tools
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or data management
• Strong proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel (reporting and data analysis)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
