HR Information Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Information Specialist to support and optimize our Human Resources systems and data processes. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for data accuracy, reporting, and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations
Provide support and training to HR team members on HR systems and tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
25 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or data management
Strong proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel (reporting and data analysis)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
