About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern Talent Acquisition to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within the e-commerce sector. The primary focus will be on hiring non-technical roles across operations, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and commercial functions, while also supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment for non-technical e-commerce roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events
- Assist in organizing team-building initiatives, cultural events, and recognition programs
- Coordinate employee surveys and help compile feedback reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Prior internship experience in recruitment, specifically hiring for e-commerce non-technical roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
