Job Purpose:
The People & performance Intern will support the HRBP & Senior Director to provide administrative support within Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Off-boarding formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across various functional areas
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with the Time and Attendance policy
- Prepare standard drafts of HR related letters and certificates
- Support in organizational chart updates on real time basis and preparation of HR Reports, trackers etc. as required.
- Support vendor coordination for People & Performance initiatives
- Assist with coordination and prep for monthly performance reviews
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must possess existing sponsored VISA & driving license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and professional integrity.
Duration:
6 to 12 months (full-time internship)
