We are hiring HRManager to join one of our major clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type - 5 months and extendable contract

Job Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Project Overview

This role will support the development of a comprehensive Talent Management and Culture Strategy for Council, aimed at strengthening organisational capability, aligning the workforce with national defence priorities, and enabling long-term mission readiness.

Description:

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Talent Management frameworks, including workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and rewards.
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks, career pathing, succession planning, and organisational design. Proven experience delivering large-scale HR transformation or talent strategy projects within complex, government or highly regulated environments (e.g., defence, public sector).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop integrated frameworks covering sourcing strategies, assessment methodologies, capability building, and leadership development.
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and translating strategic priorities into practical HR solutions and operating models.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, benchmarking, and aligning talent strategies to long-term organisational capability needs.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups including senior leadership, HR, and business units, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Strong project delivery capabilities using structured methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall), including planning, governance, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRMS platforms, workforce analytics tools, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience developing policies, frameworks, and toolkits (e.g., performance evaluation tools, career frameworks, training catalogues).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field required;
  • Master's degree preferred. Relevant certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience in defence, security, or government sectors is strongly preferred
