HR Manager
The Role
A well-established food manufacturing business in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop its people function across production, supply chain, and commercial teams.
This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering robust HR operations while partnering closely with site leadership to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full employee lifecycle across factory and office populations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with senior leadership and plant management on workforce planning, engagement, and organisational development
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law and food manufacturing best practice
- Manage employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, grievances, and investigations
- Support compliance requirements related to audits, certifications, and site governance (e.g. hygiene, safety, and conduct standards)
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
- Support learning, training, and development initiatives across production and management teams
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives within a factory-based environment
- Ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and compliance at all times
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial production environments is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance
- Comfortable operating in a factory / site-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to support both shop-floor and senior leadership
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially aware approach
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
