Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to manage compensation structures, cost-to-company (CTC) planning, HR expense tracking, and multi-country HR compliance. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compensation accuracy, cost control, regulatory adherence, and effective salary review processes across India, Dubai, and Mexico.

The ideal candidate will combine strong HR operations expertise with financial acumen and a global compliance mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control Cost to Company (CTC) structures across India, UAE, and Mexico.

Design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with regional market standards.

Handle annual salary increments, promotions, and compensation revisions.

Track and monitor HR-related expenses including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee programs.

Coordinate HR budgets and workforce cost planning with finance teams.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations in India, UAE, and Mexico.

Oversee payroll accuracy and statutory compliance in coordination with payroll teams and vendors.

Maintain accurate compensation records, employee files, and HR documentation.

Prepare compensation analysis, salary reports, and cost impact dashboards for management.

Provide guidance to leadership on compensation planning and cost optimization.

Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Contribute to HR policy standardization and operational governance.

Support strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

710 years of HR experience with strong focus on compensation, payroll, and HR operations.

Proven experience managing CTC, salary increments, and compensation planning across multiple regions.

Working knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance in India, UAE, and Mexico.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

MBA in HR or Compensation & Benefits certification preferred.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with high proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and meet deadlines.
