Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in 6th of October. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. They will implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment. The role also involves managing employee benefit programs, resolving workplace disputes, and supporting key business initiatives through workforce planning and talent management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources best practices, employee relations, and labor law compliance
  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Experience in performance management, training, and employee development
  • Proven skills in organizational planning, leadership, and team management
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or similar is a plus
