Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for independently leading and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources activities for the entity while ensuring alignment with the corporate HR function.
The role oversees Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Total Rewards, Visa & GR, Talent Management and Employee Experience.
The HR Manager ensures that HR strategies, policies, and practices support organizational objectives and comply with applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with corporate HR frameworks and policies.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees, ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Manage Total Rewards administration including compensation, benefits, and employee HR transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining proper documentation and governance standards.
- Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Support Talent Management initiatives including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 810 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operational practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR functions independently.
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
