We are now looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team and help us build the best talent pool in the industry.
What You'll Own:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across sales, operations, and management.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Prepare and negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and help enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- HR Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, RERA, and MOHRE regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
Who You Are:
- 25 years of solid HR and recruitment experience; real estate exposure is a strong advantage
- Confident in sourcing, evaluating, and closing the right talent
- Strong command of recruitment processes and HR best practices
- Clear communicator with sharp follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume hiring and tight deadlines
- Good grasp of UAE job market trends
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, RERA regulations, and standard HR practices, along with a reliable industry network
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
