  • Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across SkyLife Holidays (Dubai) and the Egypt operational hub (B.E Telecom).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong HR systems, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE & Egypt labor laws, and driving a high-performance culture across both locations.

  • This role requires a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

·       Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth plans

·       Build organizational structure for both Dubai and Egypt teams

·       Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices

·       Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • ·       Lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments:
  • o  Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Tech, etc.
  • ·       Work with recruitment agencies and external partners
  •   Develop hiring plans based on business needs (Dubai & Egypt)
  • ·       Ensure high-quality talent acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management

·  Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals)

·   Support managers in team development and performance improvement

  • Compliance & Legal
  • ·       Ensure compliance with:
  • o  UAE Labor Law
  • o  Egypt Labor Law

  •   Handle contracts, employment regulations, and HR audits
  • ·Work with legal advisors when needed
  • Training & Development

·       Identify training needs and implement development programs

·       Support leadership development and internal promotions

·       Build onboarding and training frameworks

  • Cross-Location Coordination

·       Act as the HR bridge between Dubai HQ and Egypt office

·       Align policies, culture, and processes across both locations

·       Support remote and hybrid team management

  • Requirements Experience

·       5–8 years of experience in HR (minimum)

·       Experience managing multi-country HR operations (UAE & Egypt preferred)

·       Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry is a strong advantage

Skills

·       Strong leadership and decision-making skills

·       Deep knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

·       Ability to build HR systems from scratch

  • Languages

·       Fluent in English (mandatory)

·       Arabic is highly preferred

  • Tools (Preferred)

·       HR systems / ERP (Odoo is a plus)

·       Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

·       HR analytics and reporting tools

  • KPIs (Performance Metrics)

·       Time to hire & quality of hires

·       Employee retention rate

·       Employee satisfaction / engagement

·       Performance management effectiveness

·       Compliance and HR process efficiency
