We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across SkyLife Holidays (Dubai) and the Egypt operational hub (B.E Telecom).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong HR systems, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE & Egypt labor laws, and driving a high-performance culture across both locations.
HR Strategy & Leadership
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth plans
· Build organizational structure for both Dubai and Egypt teams
· Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices
· Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives
· Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals)
· Support managers in team development and performance improvement
· Identify training needs and implement development programs
· Support leadership development and internal promotions
· Build onboarding and training frameworks
· Act as the HR bridge between Dubai HQ and Egypt office
· Align policies, culture, and processes across both locations
· Support remote and hybrid team management
· 5–8 years of experience in HR (minimum)
· Experience managing multi-country HR operations (UAE & Egypt preferred)
· Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry is a strong advantage

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills
· Deep knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws

· Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
· Ability to build HR systems from scratch
· Fluent in English (mandatory)
· Arabic is highly preferred
· HR systems / ERP (Odoo is a plus)
· Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
