Job Description
Title: HR Manager (I / II)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Dammam
Reporting To: GM, HR & Business Support / Executive Management
Job Summary
The HR Manager leads and manages the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives. The role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR operations and supervisory functions within the department.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Select, train, motivate, and oversee HR staff; set performance goals and ensure continuous development.
Drive performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and compensation planning.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills development.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
Monitor and enhance employee relations; act as mediator and advisor in resolving workplace conflicts.
Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
Evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
Manage employee benefits, salary administration, medical coverage, and workers compensation.
Participate in budget preparation and oversee HR budget administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by executive management.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
1315 years of progressive HR management experience.
Minimum 2 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Supervisor / HR Manager II level).
