One of our business units, a leading aesthetic clinic in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function and ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities, including Ministry of Health (MOH), Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), and Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
- Manage licensing, credentialing, and renewal processes for medical and non-medical staff
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies for clinical and administrative roles
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support management in organizational development and culture initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within healthcare in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare regulatory frameworks (MOH, DOH, DHA)
- Experience with licensing and compliance procedures for medical professionals
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
