Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Cairo. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring a positive work culture. The role will also involve collaborating with various departments to support organizational goals and foster a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Experience with Performance Management, Employee Training, and HR Development
- Skills in Policy Development and Implementation, including organizational change and HR strategies
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are an advantage
