About the Role

Euro Mechanical is a leading engineering and industrial services company operating across the UAE, delivering high-quality solutions to complex projects. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our people operations and work closely with business leaders across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and delivering core human resources operations across Euro Mechanical. The role focuses on implementing approved HR strategies, advising managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, and maintaining effective HR systems that support business performance and employee engagement. This position is operationally focused, with limited strategic ownership, and acts as a manager-level HR partner rather than a corporate or executive HR lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage approved HR policies, procedures, and systems across the organisation
  • Advise managers on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and retention matters
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities in line with approved budgets
  • Administer performance management processes and support salary and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, immigration requirements, and internal governance
  • Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review
  • Coordinate HR-related communications, including staff movements and policy updates
  • Lead the organisation's learning and development initiatives, including identifying capability gaps and delivering development programmes
  • Lead the Public Relations team; Arabic language skills are desirable
  • Manage HR operating expenses and support salary, wages, and benefits budgeting
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team through clear objectives, performance reviews, and regular meeting rhythms

Requirements

  • 710 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager within a large organisation
  • Proven experience managing HR teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • CIPD and/or SHRM certification preferred
  • Arabic language skills desirable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Professional, ethical, and people-oriented approach
  • Experience with HR ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is an advantage
