You won't just manage a department; you will partner directly with our Tech, Investment, and Operations leads to build a high-performance culture that can scale as fast as our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant to department heads on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent gaps.
- Performance Coaching: Implement a modern, data-driven performance management system (OKRs/KPIs) that rewards impact over activity.
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead the hunt for A-Players in Tech, Real Estate Finance, and Customer Success.
- Employee Experience: Design a seamless onboarding journey and a culture that attracts top talent from both the startup and corporate worlds.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR operations (contracts, payroll, social insurance) are fully compliant with Egyptian Labor Law and FRA regulations.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a neutral, trusted advisor to resolve internal issues and maintain a healthy, transparent office environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or Lead role within a high-growth startup or Fintech.
- Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the Egyptian talent market (specifically in the real-estate/Finance sectors).
- Problem Solver: You don't just identify problems; you come to the table with data-backed solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional bilingual (Arabic/English) skillsable to pitch the Farida vision to candidates and hold difficult conversations with grace.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology. HR certifications (SHRM/HRCI) are highly preferred.
