Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Egypt labour laws and HR best practices and will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with Head of HR, Management, and employees to provide HR guidance and support, ensuring the implementation of HR best practices and policies. Job Description
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Employee Relations: Function as a point of contact for employees, addressing any employment-related queries, concerns, or issues.
- Performance Management: Manage performance review procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with local laws.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training interventions to meet quality standards, and manage career development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and market analyses, while conducting regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 4 years in similar role, preferably within the Egypt
- Strong knowledge of Egypt labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
