Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to join the leadership team at a distinguished 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance culture while upholding exceptional standards of luxury service, compliance, and employee engagement.

About The Role

As Human Resources Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources and leading the HR function, acting as a trusted business partner to Head of Departments and employees alike. You will lead functions across payroll, recruitment, engagement and other related HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR administration
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top luxury hospitality talent
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and culture-building activities
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, hotel policies, and brand standards
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Support HR budgeting, manpower planning, and cost control initiatives
  • Oversee visa processing, and government relations
  • Maintain accurate HR reporting, analytics, and KPIs for management review

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 46 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or international hotel brands
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Experience working in a multicultural, high-volume luxury environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to foster positive work culture within own team and across departments
