This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in New Cairo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR strategies, policies, and practices, managing payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also handle performance evaluations, employee relations, and training programs to ensure the company's human capital serves the best interests of the business.

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws
• Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration
• Skills in developing HR strategies and fostering workplace culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
