Human Resources Manager

We're working with a high-growth AI technology company based in Dubai, building an enterprise-grade, AI-powered platform.

This is not a traditional HR role. The business is scaling internationally and needs an HR leader who has built things from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and understands what it takes to attract top talent in a competitive tech/startup market.

The Role

As HR Manager / Advisor, you will own the end-to-end people function for a fast-scaling AI startup with global ambitions. You'll partner closely with founders and leadership to design and implement everything from hiring strategy to culture, policies, and performance frameworks.

This role suits someone who has worked in startups or scale-ups, ideally within tech, AI, or deep-tech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR function from the ground up
• Drive talent acquisition across technical and commercial roles
• Partner with leadership on organisational design and headcount planning
• Develop HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Manage onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Support international hiring, visas, and multi-jurisdiction HR matters
• Shape company culture in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Advisor
• Strong startup or scale-up experience (essential)
• Background in technology-driven businesses preferred
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Experience supporting rapid growth and change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE labour law; regional or international exposure is a plus
