We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The successful candidate will lead the hotel's Human Resources function by developing people strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective HR operations that support business performance. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, the Human Resources Manager will promote colleague engagement, talent development, and compliance while creating an exceptional employee experience in line with IHG standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hotel's Human Resources strategy in alignment with business objectives and IHG brand standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, IHG policies, and all applicable government regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
  • Monitor payroll coordination, colleague records, contracts, and HR administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive colleague engagement, recognition, learning, and well-being initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support HR budgeting, manpower planning, and cost control activities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with government authorities, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and IHG's culture and values across all hotel departments.
  • Perform other Human Resources-related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem), and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Fluency in English.
